IRT COMBI 4-2 IR-UVA provides a combination of shortwave infrared and UVA radiation, which makes this mobile dryer unique. One cassette includes 4 IR lamps and 1 UVA lamp.
These mobile UV dryers have 15 (IR:12, UV: 3) pre-programmed programs for water and solvent based paint material, from putty to clear coat.
IR and UVA can be run individually or in sequence. Gold-coated reflectors behind the short-wave lamps, reflect up to 98% of the short-wave radiation, making the dryers the most effective.
The IRT control unit includes program selection with built-in ramped temperature control for excellent curing results. The IR lamps will last over 20,000 operating hours and the UV lamps, with time counter, ensure high intensity curing every time.
