Cleaning set incl. cleaning brushes, needles, etc. for manual cleaning of paint spray guns of all kinds. The 22-piece set contains all relevant tools and aids. In addition, a suitable spray gun cleaner should be used, e.g. the ready-to-use paint and varnish remover PROLAQ WS.

Application
1.Remove the paint needle and air cap, then unscrew the paint nozzle.
2.Rinse / clean the paint channel in the spray gun with the appropriate cleaning agent PROLAQ WS and brush.
3.Clean the spray gun body (outside), then dry with a blow gun.
4.clean the complete nozzle set (air cap, paint nozzle, needle, etc.) with the brushes, needles, etc. included in the cleaning set.
5.Please make sure that no metal parts of the brushes damage the surface of the spray gun or its individual parts.
6.reassemble in reverse order, lubricate paint needle in sealing area and spring.
